Usage charges

Completed model usage is generally non-refundable because inference capacity is consumed when the request is processed. Review model rates and use small tests before sending large workloads.

If a platform error appears to have produced an incorrect charge, contact support with the request identifier and time so the recorded request and billing path can be reviewed.

Cryptocurrency payments

Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. A transfer sent with the wrong asset, network, address, or amount may be impossible to recover. Follow the checkout instructions exactly and do not reuse an expired payment request.

Duplicate or completed transfers that were not credited can be reviewed using the HippoAPI order reference and transaction identifier. A review does not guarantee recovery or refund.

Requesting a review

Email [email protected] with the account email, HippoAPI order or request identifier, amount, time, and a concise explanation. Never send a private key, seed phrase, API key, or password.
