Using the service

Model availability, capabilities, context limits, and prices may change. Review the live catalog and test important workloads before relying on a model in production.

Billing and service changes

Usage is charged according to the applicable model rate and recorded usage. Cryptocurrency payments must use the checkout instructions shown for the order.

HippoAPI may change, suspend, or discontinue features to address security, legal, provider, capacity, or operational needs. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the site or account channels.

Acceptable use and responsibility

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws. HippoAPI may restrict access when activity threatens users, the service, model providers, or third parties.

No governing jurisdiction, registered entity, or contractual SLA is stated here until the service operator publishes those details. Enterprise customers should request the complete contracting information before entering an agreement.
